How does it work?

Forgot to empty your locker?

No worries — it happens! 🔹 You can still collect your items the following day between 07:00 and 22:00. A flat fee of €15 will be charged. 🔹 After that day, your items will be safely stored for up to 14 days. You can contact us by email to arrange pickup. 📬 Send your name, phone number, and locker number to: info@lockandleisure.com 🔻 Please note: If your items are not collected within 14 days, they will be permanently removed. 📄 See our general terms and conditions for more details.

What does it cost?

📦 No need to book in advance – just scan the QR code on-site! Short trip locker: up to 1 hour: €3,99 👉PROMO 2nd hour free! Boat tour special locker: up to 3 hours: €5,99👉PROMO 4th hour free! (perfect for boat trips) Full day locker: unlimited access: €8,99 The full-day amount is reserved at the start of your rental. After check-out, you are only charged for the time actually used. 🔒 Includes secure storage, 24/7 camera monitoring & re-access during rental time.

What can I store in the locker?

✅ Allowed items: personal belongings like bags, towels, clothing, electronics, sports gear, books, etc. ❌ Not allowed: food and drinks, animals, hazardous materials (such as fireworks, chemicals), valuables (jewelry, large amounts of cash), illegal items, and anything that could damage the locker or harm others. 🔗 Please always check our terms and conditions for the full list and rules.

Didn't receive your access code?

📥 Lost your access code? No worries! You can easily request it again on the locker platform by entering the phone number you used when booking.

Need an invoice?

You can request your invoice at the end of your rental. Forgot to do so? No worries — simply follow the steps in our WhatsApp flow to provide the necessary information. We’ll take care of it and send you your invoice as soon as possible.

Is it safe?
